1. 適用
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、SoftMotion Convert（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. サービス内容
本アプリは、画像・PDF・テキスト・音声などのファイル形式を、端末内で変換するユーティリティです。動画の変換には対応していません。
3. 料金
本アプリは買い切り型の有料アプリです（App Store に表示の価格）。アプリ内課金・広告はありません。返金は Apple の App Store ポリシーに従います。
4. 利用上の注意
- 変換するファイルの著作権・利用権限は、お客様の責任で確認してください。
- 違法な内容の変換・共有を目的とした利用は禁止します。
- 変換結果の品質・完全性を保証するものではありません。重要なデータは必ずバックアップを取ってください。
5. 禁止事項
- 本アプリの逆コンパイル、改変、再配布
- 当方または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
6. 免責事項
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当方は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害（データ損失、業務中断等を含む）について、法令で認められる範囲を超えて責任を負いません。
7. サービスの変更・終了
当方は、予告なく本アプリの機能を変更、または提供を終了することがあります。
8. 規約の変更
本規約を変更した場合、本ページへの掲載をもって効力が生じます。
9. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争については、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

2. Service
The App converts image, PDF, text, and audio files on your device. Video conversion is not supported.
3. Payment
The App is a one-time paid download on the App Store. No in-app purchases or ads. Refunds follow Apple's policies.
4. Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for rights to files you convert.
- Do not use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Back up important data; we do not guarantee conversion results.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse engineering or unauthorized redistribution
- Infringement of our or others' rights
- Interference with the App's operation
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
