1. はじめに

本プライバシーポリシーは、SoftMotion Studio（以下「当方」）が提供する iOS アプリ「SoftMotion Convert」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは、個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。アカウント登録、ログイン、広告識別子の利用、行動解析のためのトラッキングは行いません。

3. ファイルの取り扱い

  • 変換対象のファイル（画像・PDF・テキスト・音声など）は、お使いの iPhone / iPad 内だけで処理されます。
  • 当方のサーバーへファイルが送信されることはありません（通信なしの設計）。
  • 変換結果の保存・共有先は、お客様が iOS の機能（ファイルアプリ、共有シート等）で選択します。

4. 第三者サービス

本アプリは広告を表示せず、第三者の分析 SDK を組み込んでいません。アプリの購入・配信は Apple App Store が行い、購入情報の取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

5. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは 4 歳以上を対象としていますが、当方が意図的に子どもから個人情報を収集することはありません。

6. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはストアの説明でお知らせする場合があります。

We do not collect personally identifiable information. There is no account registration, login, ad tracking, or analytics SDK.

3. Your Files

  • Files you convert are processed only on your device.
  • Files are not uploaded to our servers.
  • You choose where to save or share converted files using iOS features.

4. Third Parties

The App shows no ads and includes no third-party analytics. Purchases are handled by Apple; see Apple's Privacy Policy for payment data.

5. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Updates take effect when posted on this page.
